My personal experience in benefitting from natural therapies led me to pursue for a qualification in reflexology. I successfully completed a diploma at London School of Reflexology in 2009 and since I’m a member of the Association of Reflexology. I had serious health issues relating to my back and chest in 1990 and 1997. I turned to complimentary therapies, one of which was reflexology. In addition, I also received medical treatment from medical experts.

For the past 10 years, since I qualified as a professional reflexologist and in full time employment working in Finance, I have had the opportunity to help many people on a voluntary basis, dealing with challenges relating to their wellness (stress/anxiety, depression, migraine, low energy/tiredness, sleep related problems, chronic and joint pain, cancer).

I’m passionate in making a difference to people’s wellness and hence decided to invest more of my time to offer reflexology therapy. I have opened my practise at Gants Hill, Ilford, where I’m hoping to meet people who could really benefit from the natural therapy and allowing me to make a positive difference to their wellbeing.

I have a degree in Accounting and MBA qualified. I built my professional career working in India and continued to do so when I moved to the UK in 2006, after meeting my wife Bhavna.

I’m on a spiritual journey, living in the present moment.
I consider myself to be empathetic, listen to understand, non-judgemental, trustworthy, well balanced and self-aware.
I strongly believe in living a healthy, peaceful and joyful life!
